Does the lamp have a physical switch?
The device can be switched on/off with a foot switch.
How do I adjust the light and control the device?
Wifi based communication enables a convenient app control just at your fingertip. Please note that only 2.4GHz Wifi standard is supported.
Can I control the front and back lighting separately?
The current version does not support this functionality. Our dev team is working on this feature and we intend to integrate it in a future version.
It is a sleek designed long product. Is it wobbly?
Around 60% of the weight is concentrated down in the concrete base, which provides a stable and secure sitting for the lamp.

We ship everywhere in the EU/UK/CH/Norway and North America. For other regions special shipping options can be available on request.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the day you receive your order. After the return of the product in original condition, we will initiate a full refund including the original shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
